Si mette in moto la macchina e passo dopo passo tutto comincia a prendere forma, tavoli montati, tovaglie spiegate e lentamente il tavolo principale comincia ad essere riempito da una rosa di tovaglioli bordeau, una piramide di piatti trasparenti e un ventaglio di posate. Intanto in cucina si cominciano a preparare zucchine grigliate e polpeppettine di tonno che fanno venire l'aquolina in bocca non solo ai bambini ...!!! MA è questo il positivo di Gusteau che ti porta il bello del ristorante in un contesto del tutto familiare in cui tutti sono a loro agio. Ore 12:30 cominciano ad arrivare i primi invitati. Ore 13:30 ecco le prime porzioni in tavola che piacere, cominciano ad arivare i primi complimenti per le torte rustiche, ma il vero successo è di Giuseppe, l'artefice di buona parte del cucinato. Piano piano, comiciano ad uscire una dietro l'altra tutte le portate di cui il primo a vista che gloriosamente Antonio sporsiona a tutti gli invitati. E già, non bisogna dimenticare che quello che ci circonda e la buona compagnia giocano una delle componenti fondamentali per la riuscita di una buona cena. Attraverso questa immagine così comica e allo stesso tempo drammatica credo sia interessante riflettere sull'importanza di ritrovarsi tutti riuniti ad un tavolo, perchè credo che a priscindere dalle condizioni sociali o dal cibo, come dimostra la foto, la tavola è un punto di ritrovo di scambio e come in questo caso di gioia. Dopo un traggitto poco agiato ma un panorama che ripaga vi potete fermare all'unico ristorante del villaggio di serfisti e pescatori che incontrate. Parlando di esperienze personali vi consiglio la paella che è fantastica, la presentano ben guarnita con le cozze dell'oceano e i frutti di mare, il sapore è superbo perchè è cucinata con il pesce pescato al momento, il servizio non è dei più raffinati ma sicuramente il prezzo è più che abbordabile circa 20 euro per una porzione che va bene per due persone. La cosa veramente incantevole è la vista spettacolare un incontro tra fauna e flora quasi sorprendente. In una casseruola posta sul fuoco sbattere la crema di latte, lo zucchero e la vaniglia e portare ad ebbolizione. Togliere dal fuoco la casseruola, amalgamare il latte con la colla di pesce e unire al coposto il maraschino. Prendere le patate lavarle, sbucciarle, tagliarle alla julienne, possibilmente non troppo finemente, e metterle a mollo nel'acqua. Nel frattempo accendere il forno e portarlo ad una temperatura di 200°. Preparare la teglia del forno con della carta apposita e ungerla leggermente, adagiare sopra i filetti e ricoprirli con le patate alla julienne e un po' di rosmarino, in base ai gusti, aggiungete uno spicchio di aglio schiacciato poi mettere l'olio extra vergine d'oliva e un pizzico di sale grosso. Infornare il tutto per 15 20 minuti in base anche allo strato di patete che ricopre il rombo. Sono pronti gli antipasti. Una fetta di arancia adagiata su un letto di insalata con i gamberetti guarniti dalla salsa rosa.
